Project price — for projects with a designer
Come with a designer and a project — and get the project price, up to 20% below retail. We're not a retailer, we supply projects, so the price with a designer is lower.
Special prices apply only to projects with a designer.
No designer? We'll introduce you to a partner — a designer or architect who works with our flooring.
Terms for orders in Almaty
Free delivery and carry-in
Delivered and carried up to your flat for free — in exchange for a photo review on 2GIS. The crew takes a photo report on site.
Price locked in tenge for 60 days
With a prepayment of 70% or more the tenge price stays fixed for 60 days whatever the exchange rate does.
Partner designer
No designer of your own — we'll introduce you to an architect or designer who works with our flooring.
Standard for every project we take on
Pre-sale subfloor assessment
Before the sale, a Parketiko specialist inspects the screed on site and issues a written assessment. Not a promotion — a standard: this is how we handle every project.
Installation method
The right laying technology for your specific screed, not "the usual".
Preparation budget
Repair and levelling of the subfloor costed together with installation — no surprises in the estimate.
Defects caught in time
Subfloor problems become visible before laying, not after.
No mistakes, no overspend
The floor won't shift or bulge: fewer reworks, fewer complaints.
