Who gets the project price?

The client whose project is led by a designer or architect. The designer brings us the project — their client gets the price without the retail markup. Personal terms for the designer are sent after registration.

Do I need a contract?

We sign a supply contract with the client as usual. For the designer, partner registration is the request on this page: no separate contract is required, the terms are confirmed in writing.

What are the delivery times?

Popular decors are in the Kazakhstan warehouse and ship within a few days. Other catalog items come from the factory warehouse in about a month; rare made-to-order decors from the factory in Estonia — 10–12 weeks.

How is the price calculated?

From the retail price in the website catalog. The project price for clients with a designer is below retail; the exact quote is made by SKU and project area. With a prepayment of 70% or more the tenge price is locked for 60 days.
