A factory in Estonia: from drying to packaging
ESTA Parket is the brand name of the engineered wood flooring made by the Estonian company AS Technomar & Adrem — a family-owned company founded in 1991 and now run by its second generation.
Production takes place at the company's own factories in the suburbs of Tallinn. The full cycle, from drying the wood to packaging, is done in-house, and every order has a manager who follows it from production to shipping. According to the company, at least 95 % of its output is exported to more than 40 countries in Europe, America and Asia.

About 45 days of drying
The wood is dried at the factory itself, using green energy, for about 45 days instead of the two weeks common in the industry. Slow drying reduces internal stress in the wood and makes the floor more stable.
Three-layer construction
A 3–3.5 mm hardwood top layer and a moisture-resistant birch veneer bottom layer that balances the board. Uniform moisture in all layers helps the board keep its geometry.
0.05 mm accuracy and manual inspection
The machinery profiles boards to an accuracy of 0.05 mm, and every board is inspected by hand before packaging. The locking system is by UNILIN.
Fixed-length boards
Boards always come in full length: the factory considers board proportion essential for a high-end floor. Knots are filled by hand with filler stained to the colour of the design.
M1 emission class
The products are M1 certified, with no added VOCs or formaldehyde, so they are used in bedrooms and children's rooms.
Underfloor heating and warranty
Boards can be installed over underfloor heating following the manufacturer's instructions; the floor surface must not exceed 27 °C. Limited warranty: 35 years when installed per instructions at 40–60 % relative humidity.
