Parketiko

We supply European parquet to interior designers, architectural firms, and construction companies. We help select material to fit the project concept, calculate quantities, and coordinate with the installer.

We provide the following service categories:

Terms for specific services are defined in a separate Agreement (invoice or supply contract) between you and Parketiko. In case of conflict between these Terms and the Agreement, the Agreement prevails.

When using our website, you agree to: - Provide accurate information (contacts, area, project) - Not disrupt website operations (DDoS, hacking, spam bots) - Not use the website for illegal purposes - Not copy materials without permission - Comply with applicable Kazakhstan laws - Not use automated data collection tools without permission We reserve the right to: - Restrict or terminate website access for Terms violations - Modify website functionality without notice - Remove content that violates Terms

All materials on the website, including texts, images, project photos, logo, design, and code, are intellectual property of Parketiko or our licensors (including ESTA Parket for collection imagery). Prohibited: - Copying, distributing, or modifying materials without written permission - Using Parketiko and ESTA Parket trademarks without authorization - Creating derivative works based on our materials - Reverse engineering of website software Permitted: - Viewing materials for personal use - Sharing links to website pages - Quoting with source attribution (no more than 300 words)

By submitting materials to us (project photos, drawings, texts), you: - Warrant that you have all necessary rights to these materials - Grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for service delivery (material selection, calculation, coordination) - Agree that materials may be used to feature the project in the "Cases" section — after separate agreement with you - Are responsible for the content of provided materials We are not responsible for user-provided content and may remove it if it violates laws or third-party rights.

We use artificial intelligence and automation for: - Initial inquiry qualification (chatbots) - Preparing commercial proposals - Generating marketing content (blog articles) - Routine process automation Important to understand:

Transparent pricing. Prices on the website and in commercial proposals are final. No hidden markups. General provisions:

Returns and exchanges: - Goods of proper quality — per Kazakhstan Consumer Protection Law (for individuals) - Goods of improper quality (manufacturing defect) — replacement or refund upon defect confirmation - Custom order (special collection / volume) — non-refundable per Article 30 of the Kazakhstan Consumer Protection Law We reserve the right to change prices. A price fixed in a confirmed invoice or agreement is not revised.

We supply authentic ESTA Parket directly from the manufacturer. Products are covered by the manufacturer's factory warranty. Covered: - Conformity with stated specifications (wood species, dimensions, wear class) - Absence of manufacturing defects - Warranty period — per ESTA manufacturer warranty card Not covered: - Damage from improper installation (technology violation) - Violation of operating conditions (humidity outside 40-60%, temperature outside +18..+24°C) - Water, steam, or extreme humidity exposure - Mechanical damage after acceptance (scratches, impacts) - Natural wear under proper operation Acceptance: The buyer must inspect goods on receipt. Claims for completeness and visible defects must be raised at the moment of acceptance. Hidden defect claims — within 14 days of receipt.

We are not liable for: - Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages - Loss of profits or expected gain - Actions of third parties (installers, contractors, client's designer) - Results of installation done by non-Parketiko specialists - Installation timelines and subfloor preparation - Website interruptions - Decisions made based on AI-generated information Maximum liability of Parketiko is limited to amounts actually paid by you under the corresponding supply agreement in the last 12 months. We are not a party to the relationship between the client and their installer. Installation coordination and consulting are advisory and do not replace professional installer work. Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these provisions may not fully apply to you.

The website and informational services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee: - Uninterrupted website operation - Accuracy of the calculator (estimate — final price in the invoice) - Compatibility with all devices - Absence of errors and vulnerabilities Parquet quality is guaranteed separately — under the ESTA Parket factory warranty and supply agreement terms. The cost calculator on the website provides an estimate based on average collection prices. Actual cost depends on the chosen collection, current stock, order volume, and delivery terms. The final price is confirmed by the manager in a commercial proposal.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parketiko, its employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, costs, and liabilities (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of third-party rights - User Content you provided - Your use of Services in ways not contemplated by the Terms - Your violation of applicable Kazakhstan law This obligation survives termination of your use of our Services.

Use of client information: By entering into a supply agreement with us, you grant us the right to: - Mention you as our client (with prior approval) - Use your logo and company name in our client / partner list - Publish cases about completed projects in the "Cases" section of the site Case publication terms: - Text and photos are agreed with you before publication - Confidential information (budget, exact address, customer's full name) is not disclosed without separate consent - You can request case removal at any time — we'll remove it within 14 days Opt-out: You can opt out of public mention by sending a request to denys.fursov@parketiko.com. Opting out does not affect Service terms. Testimonials: If you provide a testimonial, we may use it in marketing materials with your name and company (if applicable).

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (manufacturer ESTA Parket, professional designer communities, suppliers of related materials). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for: - Their content - Privacy policies - Security - Availability - Warranties and product quality on third-party sites Following such links is at your own risk. We recommend reviewing the terms of use and privacy policies of third-party sites.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When making changes: - We update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page - For material changes, we notify via email or website 30 days in advance - We publish changes on this page If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Website and Services. Continuing to use the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Changes are not retroactive — terms in effect at the time of contract conclusion remain for already-concluded agreements.

You may stop using the Website at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if: - You violated these Terms - You violated applicable Kazakhstan law - Your actions create risks for us or other users (DDoS, spam, fraud) After termination: - Your right to use the Website terminates - Provisions on liability limitation, intellectual property, and indemnification survive - Payment obligations for already-rendered Services or delivered goods remain

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations if caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including: - Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires) - Military actions, terrorist acts - Epidemics, pandemics, quarantine restrictions - Strikes, lockouts - Government actions (export/import bans, sanctions) - Internet, telecommunications, or transport failures - Cyberattacks on our infrastructure - ESTA Parket factory disruptions in Estonia (supplier-side force majeure) The party affected by force majeure must notify the other party within a reasonable time and make reasonable efforts to minimize consequences.

Pre-litigation settlement: Before court proceedings, parties undertake to make good faith efforts to resolve disputes through negotiation within 30 days of receiving a written claim (by email to denys.fursov@parketiko.com). Limitation period: Any claims must be filed within the periods set by the Kazakhstan Civil Code (general period — 3 years). For individuals-consumers, additional rights provided by the Kazakhstan Consumer Protection Law apply.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable: - That provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid - Or, if modification is not possible, will be excluded from the Terms - Remaining provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect Invalidity of a provision in one jurisdiction does not affect its validity in other jurisdictions.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any supply agreement entered into, constitute the entire agreement between you and Parketiko. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements (oral and written) regarding the subject matter of these Terms. No oral statements by our employees can modify these Terms — modifications are only possible in writing.

You may not assign or transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms to third parties without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to: - Any affiliated company - A successor in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale - A third party with 30 days' notice to you Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.
